Refund Policy

At SANDY HOLIDAYS, we strive to provide excellent travel services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

  • Cancellations made 30 or more working days before departure: 25% of package price per person is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 29 to 15 working days before departure: 50% of package price per person is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 14 to 7 working days before departure: 75% of package price per person is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 working days before departure: 100% of package price is non-refundable.

2. Air Ticket Refunds

  • Air ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the airline’s policy. SANDY HOLIDAYS is not responsible for airline refund processing times.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable once submitted.
  • Hotel bookings, if non-refundable under hotel policies, cannot be refunded.
  • Activities or special services that have been booked in advance and are non-refundable from the supplier.

5. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • If a customer wishes to reschedule a tour, applicable charges may apply based on supplier policies.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@sandyholidays.co.

6. Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

  • SANDY HOLIDAYS reserves the right to update this refund policy without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
